Storage duration/information and deletion of personal data

For (re) bookings or inquiries the personal data can be stored in the administration system of the landlord in the guest record.

The applicable tax laws must be observed by the provider. For this purpose, all data associated with a booking / payment are stored and handed over to the local authorities upon request. The storage of personal data thus takes place at least for the legally stipulated period of the retention obligation.

At any time it is possible to obtain information about the stored data concerning you from the providers. This must be done via e-mail or post.

The deletion of your data is possible at any time (with the exception of the data subject to the retention obligation defined in 5.2.). This must be done via e-mail or post directly to the provider.
